Welcome
Welcome message
Thank you for choosing The Wild Rose Clinic.
Our goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-informed complementary healthcare that combines Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, functional medicine-informed assessment, nervous system support and lifestyle education.
These policies help ensure a safe, respectful and enjoyable experience for all clients.
Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked online or through the clinic.
New clients are asked to complete the required intake and consent forms before their initial consultation.
If these forms have not been completed before your appointment, your consultation may need to be rescheduled.
Fees
Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking (or at the completion of your consultation if you choose another payment method offered by the clinic).
Current consultation fees are available on our website and may change from time to time.
We understand that life happens.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("no show") may result in the full consultation fee being charged.
We will always try to be fair when unexpected emergencies occur.
